Sue Stagner is a professional water colorist. Known for her boat portraiture, house portraiture, hotels and people. She does what it takes to make ends meet. She is a prolific artist that creates originals, as well as prints and even postcards.  At one time she created 9 large watercolors in a single day to increase her inventory. This artwork, “Awaiting the Final Decision”, is of a Hawaiian girl that participated in the Merrie Monarch Festival who was waiting to hear the final scoring of the competition.
